At Outfront Health, we aim to deliver your at-home health kits quickly, securely, and with full transparency. Please review the following shipping details before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once it leaves our facility.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free for all U.S. orders.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship to all U.S. states.

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.


Return Shipping

  • Certain products (such as at-home test kits) include pre-paid return labels for mailing your sample back to our partner laboratory.

  • Please follow the included instructions carefully to ensure your sample arrives safely and on time.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at [support@outfronthealth.com] within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, when applicable, send a replacement kit.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. Outfront Health is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
